Joining RACV’s Digital and Digital Products Division, you will collaborate with Content Designers, UX Designers, Analytics Managers, Product Managers and tech enablement teams to deliver experiences that impact people’s lives and support RACV’s strategic goals.
About the opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Digital Producer who is passionate about the customer and their online journey.
You will be part of a dynamic and creative team who manage the creation and delivery of digital content on the RACV website. Working alongside other digital specialists, you will be accountable for increasing the overall effectiveness of the website and related digital platforms.
As the Senior Digital Producer – Project Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of major business projects that have significant web content activity and dependencies.
Here’s a closer look what you’ll do:
- Act as a Digital Content team lead on key strategic business projects, providing subject matter expertise, managing resourcing and planning, and facilitating stakeholder engagement
- Manage and oversee direct reports, as well as contingent resources where additional support (e.g. agency or contractor) is required to deliver projects
- Collaborate with other digital specialists to proactively identify and recommend improvements to optimise website experiences, with a focus on conversion and engagement
- Build high performing relationships with key business stakeholders, to frame the digital department’s areas of expertise and responsibility, and facilitate the delivery of projects to brief and on time
- Communicate project milestones, results and risks effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Help build the project management capability of the wider Digital Content team
- Provide guidance and leadership to Digital Content Producers around best practice methodology, accessibility, SEO, analytics and the Adobe platform functionality
- Ensure content delivery, governance, accessibility and usability standards are adhered to, and that all content created and deployed across the RACV website and associated digital platforms reflects the digital brand guidelines
- Support the digital personalisation strategy by assisting with the creation and implementation of personalised experiences, optimisation activities and experiments
What you’ll need to be successful
- 5+ years’ experience as a Digital Producer
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated examples of experience leading and delivering content production within complex and large-scale digital projects
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills with ability to manage competing demands
- Experience preparing and presenting ideas and recommendations to colleagues, managers and senior stakeholders to seek endorsement and support for initiatives
- Strong negotiation and facilitation skills, and the ability to communicate with influence
- Working knowledge of Search (SEM/SEO), UX, website design and customer experience metrics
- Proficiency with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager desirable, but not required), Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Toolset, Sharepoint, and Agile project mangement tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to work alongside a highly motivated, energised and dynamic team and share the same passion and drive for user experience
- A creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Excellent storytelling, oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and unambiguous manner
