Tasks & responsibilities

• Process Accounts Receivable transactions and Collection Calls
• Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
• Communicate effectively with service providers, suppliers and overseas partners
• Prepare and process invoices
• Support as required in the management of end to end Accounts Payable
• Provide accounts and clerical support to the accounting team
• Support with end of month closures
• Prepare and provide reports to management

Qualifications & experience

• Previous experience in an accounts position
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
• Previous Experience in the Freight Industry is highly desired
• Daily tasks will be undertaken within the industry specific software Cargowise, experience with this software is desired but not required
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software Quickbooks preferred
• High Attention to detail and well organised
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
