Welcome to Eden Academy Doreen. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.
Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 120 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
Our beautiful Doreen centre is ready to welcome its next passionate and experienced Assistant Educators — who will bring warmth, creativity, and a love for helping little ones shine.
In your role as an Educator;
- You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
- Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
- Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
- Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
- Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
- Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
- Availability to work 5 days, Monday to Friday and a variety of shift patterns
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
