Keeper refers to the way we make our beer - lagered or “kept” for a long time. We mature our beer for 12 weeks at low temperatures (with the assistance of a big bank of solar panels on the roof!)
A Keeper is also a custodian for doing beer the way it should be done – Independent, small batch, locally brewed with care, active in the community, with no additives, preservatives, filtration or corporations involved.
The clean, crisp style of beer perfect for Australian conditions and displays the iconic big white head and punchy aromatics. It’s a great food beer with anything from seafood to cheese, but also approachable enough to just be enjoyed with friends anytime.
